    Friends & Bakers, Sadly this year, I find myself having to pull out of this years Tefriw baking session, due to family commitments. I do hope you all enjoy the experience, learn loads, or simply show others what you can do. I’m sorry I wont see you all, however I do expect to be compensated by lots of pics, blog posts, and even Video ! and look forward to the next opportunity. Have a cracking time 🙂 G

    Signed up at last.. 

    been decidedly procrastinating this as it’s a long way and overlaps my business activity a little, but nevertheless, the cheque is in the post, and accommodation booked at the nearby B&B.

    For those coming whom I have not yet met, I look forward to meeting you, and old friends. I am a self taught baker, running a micro bakery business from home, near Olney, in the far north of Buckinghamshire.

    I look forward to seeing you all at Trefriw…who’s coming by the way? Do we have a list yet? Can it be posted as people confirm their attendance?
